Drywall removal due to Hurricane Harvey

SERVPRO knows how important it is to remove contaminated drywall quickly before microbial growth begins to grow. Waters filled with bacteria and unclean particles swept through this home due to the hurricane. Storm waters are often considered to be at least a category 2 water when caused by a hurricane (water travels through unclean areas within cities, neighborhoods, etc). In the picture below, SERVPRO of Universal City technicians removed affected drywall and manipulated our equipment to promote drying within this home. SERVPRO ensures that homeowners are well taken care of by completing demolition that needs to be done, then beginning the drying process, and once that is complete, antimicrobial is applied to the affected areas.  This customer was very satisfied with the job that was done in this home and thankful that we were able to respond during a catastrophic event.
