Our production manager's N.I.S.D. Certification

Doesn't knowing that you can rely on someone that is highly qualified of the service that you need done comforting? Do you find knowing that if something happens such as a water loss will responded to quickly and taken care of exciting? I don't know about you, but knowing that information would keep me from being stressed to being extremely relaxed.
