Our Production Crew Doing Work On A Ceiling

SERVPRO of Universal City / St. Hedwig's production crew is shown taking out parts of a ceiling that was affected by water damage. Since the ceiling was wet, they cut part of it out along with taking out the insulation. This is one the steps in the water restoration process.

In the beginning, we tend to come out to the affected site to give an estimate. Once that is done, and the home or building owner is ready for us to begin work, we then come out to the site to check the walls to see if any part of it is wet.
