SERVPRO of Universal City / St. Hedwig Monitoring A Water Loss!

This residential home in San Antonio, TX had recently flooded with water, creating damage within the home. The customer managed to find our information and called us. As soon as she did, we made sure to pack our equipment and arrive at the location quickly. As we assessed the home, we saw that drywall needed to be taken out and replaced, as insulation being dried. We brought our air movers to ensure dryness of the insulation within the walls. What is shown in the video is our production crew monitoring, which is a normal check up of the home to make sure everything is drying and being restored.
