This home was assessed the same day as the previous video. What is shown is mold covering the floors, walls, and ceilings. Another thing to note is that there is insulation on the top of walls, as well as on the floors. No one has lived in this home for six years, and has been vacant in the community. This residential property is one of main projects that we are currently working on to get restored, and ready to be put on the market for sale.
