2 Story House Flooded

A pipe in the attic of this home burst due to the cold weather, brought on by superstorm Grayson, and the water affected both stories. These photos are of the staircase that water had travelled down. SERVPRO of Universal City / St. Hedwig was in Virginia helping the local franchises. Our amazing production techs were able to dry all materials in this home without having to do a great deal of demo. Demo included taking the baseboards off, removing the pad underneath the carpet and cutting some of the drywall out. The home owners were very appreciative of how fast we got all of the work done.
