Mildew Cleanup

This homeowner called multiple restoration companies around the San Antonio area and could never get anyone to truly help him. He called SERVPRO of Universal City / St. Hedwig and we told him exactly what needed to happen. We explained to him that not ever spot that you see like this was mold. He was unaware that mildew and mold are two different things. We informed him that he needed to have an Industrial Hygienist come to his home and test the spots. He did so and the test said it was not mold. After working with him for about a month we were able to go to his home and get everything cleaned up no problem!
