Commercial Office Building

A main water line burst in this multi-story office building. As you can see from the before photo, water was shooting out still when we arrived. The first objective was to "secure and stabilize" the situation while the plumbers worked to stop the leak. The customer's main concern was to get this tenant back into their office as soon as possible. Demolition was quick, and we were out in a couple of days. The build back crew had the tenant back in their offices within the week. Often in commercial losses, business resumption is the main priority. We understand this.
