Christmas Decoration

Having your home catch on fire can be tragic and devastating! Here at SERVPRO of Universal City / St. Hedwig, we try to do everything possible to make things feel a little more normal. For instance, this penguin was a cherished Christmas decoration for this family and we got it as clean as possible in a hurry so they could set it up in their hotel room. The homeowner was very thankful for the compassion and urgency our team displayed through this tragic time in their life.
