Drywall Soaked With Water in San Antonio, TX

This home here in San Antonio, TX had issues with wet insulation inside the drywall. Before our production crew was contacted, the customer said that she has been dealing with the situation for months. Once she called SERVPRO of Universal City / St. Hedwig, we went down to her home to give her a free estimate. Once done, we got to work. It did not take us extremely long. Our production crew made sure to cut out some of the drywall that was soaked with water, and replaced it with new drywall once the drying process ended. The customer was satisfied with the results.
