Busted Pipe in Wall

This homeowner woke up to standing water in her kitchen and immediately called SERVPRO of Universal City / St. Hedwig. We were able to extract all of the water before it damaged her wood flooring in her living room! She was extremely surprised when we told her that the reason for the flooding was a pipe that had been eaten up by mice. We explained to her all the necessary steps she needed to take to get the pipe fixed and recommended a few tricks she could use to get rid of the mice. When we explained to her that her insurance would most likely cover the cost she was extremely grateful!
